Mixing Template/Vocal Chain for Pro Tools - AI Vocals (Backing Vocals)

Have an AI Generated vocal that sounds too artificial or just won't sit well in the mix? While AI Vocals can sound great in isolation, they can sometimes be tricky to fit into a mix – particularly if stem splitting has been involved. This vocal chain has been designed to fix or improve many of the issues that AI vocals present. Some features include:

• Detailed EQ settings to notch out digital artefacts and resonances
• Saturation and colour to not only add vibe but also smooth out the sound
• Subtle compression to glue the track together
• Subtle reverb throws to set the vocals in the room

Use the provided Pro Tools Track Preset File (.ptxp file) to load the AI BVs vocal chain directly on to an audio or auxiliary track. Installation instructions included.

I have adapted my full vocal chain to use Waves plugins ONLY.
